Product Features

Dual-seal redundancy:

Standard "bellows + secondary packing" design; in the event of a bellows failure, the packing acts as a backup seal, buying time for safe shutdown, ideal for critical hazardous applications.

Zero external leakage of the stem:

Replace the traditional stuffing box with a metal bellows (usually made of 304/316L stainless steel), which is welded to the stem and bonnet at both ends, creating a metal barrier that completely eliminates external leakage at the stem, meeting low-emission standards such as ISO 15848.

Low maintenance and long lifespan:
No packing friction wear, no need for regular packing compression or replacement. The bellows fatigue life can reach thousands to tens of thousands of cycles, significantly reducing maintenance costs and downtime.

Strong adaptability to operating conditions  Temperature resistance ranges from about -29°C to 425°C, with pressure coverage from PN1.6 to 40.0MPa; suitable for steam, toxic, flammable, explosive, high-purity, and highly corrosive media, as well as vacuum systems.
