Angle seat valve is a valve that controls the flow of media through a pneumatic actuator. It has the characteristics of sensitive response and accurate action, and is widely used in occasions where short-time intervals are started.
 

1. Structure and working principle:
The angle seat valve adopts an angle seat structure. This design gives the valve good sealing performance and adjustment accuracy.
The pneumatic actuator is the core component of the angle seat valve. It receives the control signal and drives the movement of the valve core to open or close the valve. Pneumatic actuators usually include components such as pistons and springs. When the air source enters the pneumatic actuator, the piston is pushed by pressure to separate the valve core from the valve seat, thereby opening the valve; conversely, when the air source stops supplying, the spring presses the valve core against the valve seat again to close the valve.
Angle seat valves can be divided into two types: single-acting and double-acting according to different pneumatic actuators. The pneumatic-acting head of a single pneumatic angle seat valve is usually a single hole, and the valve is opened and closed by sensing the reset; while the pneumatic head of a double-acting pneumatic angle seat valve is usually a double hole, and the valve is controlled by supplying air.

2.Material and performance: The valve body material of the angle seat valve is usually stainless steel, such as 304 or 316L stainless steel. These materials have good corrosion resistance and strength and are suitable for most industrial environments. In particular, 316L stainless steel has stronger corrosion resistance, especially suitable for acidic and alkaline environments or chloride ion environments. The seal of the valve is also crucial. High-quality seals, such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or other corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials, can effectively prevent medium leakage and ensure the sealing of the system. The angle seat valve is also equipped with a protective actuator to ensure that the valve has a minimum service life.
